Neha Abassi Huda is Managing Partner at XAG Properties, where she focuses on retail and land. Her total pipeline tops $100 million. She also has development experience, leading land acquisition on four ground-up multi-family, office, and retail projects at Aria Developers.

She rose from associate to managing partner in under a decade. Within a year of joining XAG in 2025, she doubled the agent roster and rebuilt brokerage operations.

Previously at Friedman Real Estate, Neha grew from $4.5M in closed deals to over $14M annually, ranking among Friedman’s top 15 CRE agents nationally. She has represented Cricket Wireless and led Dave’s Hot Chicken’s Houston entry.

She holds a BBA from the University of Houston and is invested in multi-family and retail projects. A member of ICSC and IPN, she has moderated CRE panels, sits on the American Turkic Business Council advisory board, and mentors junior brokers. Neha is fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu.
