Joseph Aldana is a young real estate professional with a passion for the industry and a goal of building a long-term career in real estate. After graduating high school, Joseph attended Champions School of Real Estate, where he earned his real estate license.

Before entering real estate, Joseph worked in valet and hospitality, including at Steak 48, where he developed communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills. These experiences taught him the importance of working with people and creating relationships.

Joseph joined XAG Properties as a Research Analyst, where he is gaining experience in commercial real estate, retail properties, market research, and identifying opportunities throughout the Houston market.

Long term, Joseph will build a career in commercial real estate, with a particular interest in retail, investment, and development. His goal is to acquire, develop, and own commercial buildings while building a portfolio of properties and continuing to grow within the industry.
