Anisa Shariff is an Associate at XAG Properties, specializing in retail leasing as well as land and investment sales across the Houston MSA and Texas. Working primarily on the buyer side, she helps domestic and international investors find, evaluate, and structure acquisitions.

With a strong finance background, Anisa evaluates each opportunity through financial analysis and modeling, while weighing its operational and long-term potential. Her experience includes commercial brokerage and the landlord side of a private equity firm. She is also a real estate investor and owns a consulting and management company serving the industry.

She holds a master’s in International Accounting and Finance from Cass Business School in London and dual bachelor’s degrees from Houston Christian University. She is a member of ICSC and CREW Houston and is fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu.

Outside work, she enjoys time with her two children and supports organizations serving underprivileged women and children.
