Rick Gutierrez is a seasoned commercial real estate broker and Senior Vice President at XAG Properties, specializing in retail and industrial leasing, landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, and land acquisition across Greater Houston.
A native Houstonian, Rick has worked every side of the business — landlords, tenants, owners, buyers, and investors — across retail and industrial properties. He began his career in acquisitions before moving into brokerage, and later spent several years as a commercial mortgage broker representing restaurant corporations and property owners in financing and site selection.
As Designated Broker at XAG, Rick leads preleasing for the firm’s retail developments, oversees pad site sales, and sponsors XAG’s agents.
Rick has completed CCIM’s CI-101 coursework, is a member of ICSC, and is fluent in English and Spanish.
