Reena represents both landlords and tenants in retail leasing across Houston and its surrounding markets, bringing equal skill to both sides of the table. For landlords, she handles positioning, marketing, and tenant qualification, keeping properties leased, occupied, and generating steady returns. For tenants, she guides site selection and lease negotiation, helping businesses land locations that truly fit their operations and fuel their growth.
For Reena, real estate is more than transactions. It’s a vehicle for building generational wealth. She’s driven by the belief that the right property decision today can shape a family’s or a business’s financial future for decades to come, and she’s committed to being part of that legacy for every client she works with.
Reena holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Event Management from the University of Central Florida.
