Neha Abassi Huda is Vice President, Leasing & Sales at XAG Properties, specializing in retail and land across the Houston market. She is a designated broker and works closely with developers, landlords, and investors on site acquisition and leasing strategy.
Neha has represented recognized restaurant brands in securing spaces across Houston, and led the relaunch of XAG Properties’ brokerage operations, growing the team fourfold.
When her passion and her work line up, she says, everything comes easy — and that’s the approach she brings to every deal.
Neha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and CREW Houston, and is fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu.
