Nathaliah Naipaul is CEO and founding Partner of XAG Group, specializing in investment sales and tenant representation across industrial, land, office, retail, specialty, and multifamily properties in Houston, Austin, and Dallas/Fort Worth. She and her partner launched the firm in 2017, growing it into a full-service platform spanning acquisitions, financing, development, leasing, and property management.
Nathaliah has led several projects, including a mixed-use development in Magnolia, Texas, and the revitalization of a premier retail destination in Greater Houston. She has been recognized as a REDNews Woman of the Year, a Top 50 Women honoree by The Top 100 Magazine, and a RedNews Texas Icon.
Nathaliah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from Mt. Hope Medical School and pursued her CCIM designation through the CCIM Institute.
