Anisa Shariff is an Associate at XAG Properties, focused on retail and land investment sales across the Houston MSA and Texas. She works primarily on the buyer side, structuring transactions for both domestic and international investors.

Her background in finance allows her to evaluate deals across a range of factors, backed by deep financial analysis and modeling.

Anisa holds a Master of Science in International Accounting and Finance from Cass Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Houston Christian University. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and CREW Houston.
